The Dean’s Portrait xxx

It has been the tradition that every Dean of Saint Patrick’s has an official portrait painted. Dean Morton’s portrait has recently been completed by Kilkenny painter, Blaise Smith. The portrait will be on display in the Royal Hibernian Academy for a period of time, after which it will be afforded its place in the deanery.

Confirmation of Arms by Chief Herald xxx

The Cathedral’s crest has been registered with the Chief Herald’s Office and the beautifully illustrated confirmation of arms was presented to the Dean on 26 of February
