The Cathedral’s amazing patchwork of floor tiles have vibrant designs that date back to the medieval ages! Learn all about how these tiles were made and take inspiration from the colourful creatures and patterns shown on them.
With these designs in mind, embark on a printmaking adventure with Marsh’s Library. Learn all about different printmaking techniques and design your own medieval floor tile! Use the pattern to create your own colourful prints to take home and enjoy.
This workshop is perfect for children aged 6 and up, offering a great opportunity for families to learn about history and art together. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
This workshop runs for approximately 90 minutes. As limited spots are available, booking is highly recommended.
