Are you a music lover? Join us for this family fun workshop, exploring the music all around Saint Patrick’s Cathedral.
The workshop will start with a short tour of the choir, learning all about why music is so important to our Cathedral both in the past and in the present.
Afterwards, children will get to partake in making some music themselves! They will be introduced to the WOOFYT – a wooden one octave organ for young musicians. They will explore the technology and science behind how an organ works before playing some songs on the WOOFYT as a team.
This fun, collaborative, and creative workshop is great for those interested in music or science. It is recommended for children 8 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Workshops run for approximately 60 minutes. Booking is essential.
