Kentucky Wesleyan Singers are the premier choral ensemble of Kentucky Wesleyan College. Located in Owensboro, Kentucky, situated on the Ohio River in Western Kentucky, Kentucky Wesleyan is a small liberal arts college affiliated with the United Methodist Church. This year’s choir consists of 36 singers who are mostly non-music majors. Choir members are also members of the musical theater program, the wind ensemble, and the Owensboro Symphony Chorus. Under the direction of Professor Dennis Jewett they perform annually in the Festival of Lessons and Carols at St. Stephen Cathedral as well as numerous other concerts in several venues in our city. Previous tours have taken us to Vienna, Prague, Leipzig, and Berlin.
