Family Workshop – Shamrock Bookmarks (17/03/25)

This Saint Patrick’s Day, join us at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral for an exciting Shamrock Art Family Workshop! Discover the story of Saint Patrick and his famous connection to the shamrock, which he used to explain the concept of the Holy Trinity to the Irish people. Learn how this iconic symbol of Ireland is deeply rooted in Saint Patrick’s legacy and the Cathedral’s history.

In this creative workshop, children will have the chance to craft their own 3-leaf shamrock corner bookmarks using the traditional origami technique. Using green colored card and markers, they will fold and decorate their bookmarks, which they can proudly take home as a keepsake or gift.

This is a fantastic way for families and children aged 6+ to bond, explore creativity, and celebrate the spirit of Saint Patrick’s Day!

This is a drop-in session, so feel free to join us anytime between 1 PM and 3 PM! Whether you’re looking for a fun afternoon activity or a creative way to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day, this workshop is the perfect family event.
