Going live at 5.30pm

For 120 years the Cathedral’s mighty Willis organ has filled this ancient house of prayer with glorious sound. Come and hear it for yourself this Heritage Week in a series of free recitals given by current and former organists of the Cathedral.

The best way to hear the organ is live in the building, preferably towards the southside of the crossing, however, if you aren’t able to join us in person then all 5 recitals can be enjoyed via our livestreaming page.

We’ve a fabulous programme of music including several works by César Franck whose 200th anniversary we’re celebrating this year.
